Description
At Muraglia, cold-pressed Coratina olives from Apulia are transformed into an intensely fruity olive oil. The non-GMO olives are carefully harvested by hand and then cold-pressed in a stone mill before being filled into handmade clay bottles. The olive oil is ideal as a seasoning oil for raw vegetables, pasta and soups. The artwork adorning this bottle is by artist Stella Tasca.
