Enjoying champagne and sparkling wine is always something special. Even opening the bottle should be celebrated accordingly, which is why the champagne sabre by Berndorf is hard to beat in terms of elegance and power!
To open the champagne bottle with the sabre, please remove the aluminium foil and wire basket before holding the chilled champagne bottle in one outstretched hand and the sabre in the other. Lay the sabre flat near the mouth of the bottle. In a flowing motion along the neck of the bottle (pointing away from the body!) strike the lower edge of the cork with the sharp edge of the champagne sabre.
