Description
The Premium Baking springform tin by Birkmann features a high-quality non-stick coating by Whitford, allowing baked goods to be released effortlessly. The leakproof, enamelled flat base is scratch- and cut-resistant, so you can slice ckeas directly in the tin. The fully opening stainless steel clasp makes removing cakes and thorough cleaning easy. The reversible ring can be fitted in either direction, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed use.
Made from high-quality carbon steel of exceptional thickness, the sturdy springform tin provides particularly even heat distribution for perfect baking results. PFOA-free and heat-resistant up to 230 °C.
