This sophisticated mandoline makes cutting fruits and vegetables a precise and effortless joy! The horizontal V-shaped blade cuts cleanly through all types of fruits and vegetables. For cubes and diamonds, it comes with an ergonomic safety slider to guarantee safe guidance.
A special highlight is the integrated Cube System mechanism, which makes insertion easy at the touch of a button. The cutting thickness can be selected from 1 to 8 mm with the round knob. The practical carriage holds the fruit or vegetable securely. Plus, the non-skid feet keep the mandoline securely in place as you work. The feet can be folded up for space-saving storage.
