The secret lies in the super-sharp Diamond-Laser-Cut finish, which glides smoothly through hard cheese, chocolate, or nuts.
The contoured handle ensures safe and secure use, while the included aromatic cap guarantees your grated ingredients remain fresh and flavourful. A particularly clever feature: the grating disc you are not currently using can be stored securely inside the cap. Furthermore, the integrated scraper ensures you utilise every last piece of the ingredient. Crafted from high-grade stainless steel and plastic, the PARMIGIANO is, of course, entirely dishwasher safe.
