Description
Risotto al tartufo - Arborio rice with summer truffle. Made in Italy and creatively packaged.
Method of Preparation:
Heat some olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the chopped onion and risotto along with a little salt and pepper. Add 850 ml water and cook. You can also add some vegetable stock during the cooking process. Once cooked, let it rest briefly and stir in some butter and garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
