GuC Fire Basket - Basic Set

This is the basic set for the beautiful Fire Basket by GuC. Included are the base and two side walls with handles. To complete the set, you can choose the other two side walls from the others available in the GuC range - check out the accessories further down the page!

This beautiful Fire Basket is the perfect accessory to create a warm and inviting ambience in your outdoor lounging area - ideal for relaxing evenings with family and friends!
Made of robust steel, it is quick and easy to assemble and bathes your balcony, garden or patio in the glowing warmth and light of a fire.

A particularly practical feature in the raised edges of the fire basket are small indentations where you can place grill skewers - so you can use your fire basket as a grill to make tasty grilled meat or vegetables too!

Tips:

• Season your Fire Basket 1-2 times a year to keep it in good condition and prevent it from rusting. To season it, heat it to a high temperature and apply heat-resistant cooking oil to the hot steel surfaces with a brush. Once it develops a dark coating, the seasoning process is complete. If you do not season it, the Fire Basket will develop a stylish rust patina over time.
• Use dry and hard wood such as beech for good combustion with less smoke formation.

Assembly:

• Insert the base into one side wall without the handle using the hooks and repeat the process with the second side wall.
• Lay the fire basket on one side and attach the side walls with handles to the already attached side walls.
• Check that all the hooks are fitted in the openings and pull the side towards the handle with a gentle tug. The top side should be flush. Repeat the process with the second side.
• To fix the Fire Basket securely, twist the hooks with pliers to prevent accidental unhooking.
