Description
These beautiful glasses from Lyngby Glas are the perfect way to serve up cocktails! The chic retro look with the discreet gold rim and stylish vertical grooves gives them a particularly elegant touch.
Recipe for Tequila Sunrise:
- 5 ice cubes
- 4 cl tequila
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 11 cl orange juice
- 1 cl grenadine syrup
Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add the tequila, lemon juice and orange juice. Shake vigorously for approx. 15 seconds.
Add some crushed ice to the glass and pour the drink into the glass through a bar strainer. Pour the grenadine syrup into the glass over the back of a spoon and do not stir until the syrup has reached the bottom of the glass - this creates the classic colour gradient which gives this drink its distinctive look.
