The perfect accessory for the Atlas 150 pasta machine.
For great culinary results!
Pappardelle is a long, wide and flat pasta shape with a width of 10 mm. The recommended position for the right thickness of the pasta sheet is no. 6 on the pasta machine.
For safety reasons, you should only use it by hand, not with the Pastadrive motor.
- The imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers makes it easier for the pasta to absorb the sauces
- The aluminium rollers are anodised, so no particles can be released even after countless uses
- Easy to attach to the pasta machine
Maintenance and Care:
Easy to clean thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
