The perfect accessory for the Atlas 150 pasta machine.

The spaghetti chitarra have a square noodle format with a width of 2 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough sheet is knob position # 4 on the pasta machine.
You can use it by hand with the corresponding hand crank or with the Pastadrive motor.
- The pasta can absorb the sauces more easily because of the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers
- The aluminium rollers are anodised, so no particles can be released even after countless uses
- Easy assembly on the pasta machine
Maintenance:
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
