Description
This wonderful pasta stamp is suitable for making a type of pasta typical to the regions of Liguria and Tuscany. In the past, the stamps were mainly used by aristocratic families to put their coat of arms on their pasta to show the importance of their lineage.
The stamp is used to cut out medallions on a sheet of pasta dough. Next, turn the stamp over and press the engraved side on the medallions to leave an imprint.
