Description
This accessory for the "Pasta Fresca" pasta machine is a high-quality attachment for making pappardelle.
Pappardelle is a broad and flat pasta variety. To obtain the desired thickness of the dough sheet, the recommended dial setting for thickness on the pasta machine is between 6 and 7. Enjoy pasta that looks great and tastes delicious!
The aluminium rollers have a slightly roughened surface which results in making pasta with a slightly rougher surface. This helps sauces adhere better.

Assembly:
The accessory can be easily attached thanks to the bayonet connection on the side of the machine. Once it is installed, it is perfectly stable.
Cleaning:
With a cloth or a brush. Combs are removable. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
