Description
Thanks to its pointed, rigid blade, this knife is ideal for removing bones and tendons from meat in preparation for cooking or grilling.
The full-tang blade which extends all along the handle makes it particularly robust and well-balanced as the weight of the steel blade is distributed over the entire knife. The ergonomically shaped handle made of beech wood is comfortable to hold and enables optimal knife control. The fingers remain protected by the finger guard at the end of the handle.
