Description
The Santoku knife is an all-purpose kitchen knife originating in Japan and can be found in kitchens all over the world nowadays.
The sharp, perfectly balanced stainless steel blade and sturdy, ergonomic handle made of unvarnished beech wood make this knife a useful tool for cutting, chopping and dicing vegetables, meat and fish.
Furthermore, the blade incorporates hollowed recesses along the edge which improves food separation after cutting and thus improves efficiency. It enables long and precise cuts into wafer-thin slices for perfect results!
