Pasta with a difference! Made of durum wheat semolina, this pasta is refined with 2% cocoa powder. The light cocoa taste can be enjoyed in both sweet and savoury dishes. Serve with walnut and pistachio pesto, salmon, gorgonzola cheese sauce or with fruity balsamic vinegar topped and mixed berries.
