Description
Handpicked in the mountains of Fujian - the Silver Needle Yin Zhen is a fine white tea. Only the tender buds with silver fluff are selected. Its delicate taste harmonises with lovely jasmine flowers, which are only harvested after midnight. For seven consecutive nights, tea and jasmine are mixed together, every night the previous day's flowers are replaced with fresh ones. Light and highly aromatic - like a stroll through fields of white flowers!
Note: The manufacturer recommends 1 teaspoon of tea per cup. The water should be heated to 80°C and the steeping time is 5 minutes.
