The Gozney Arc Mantel extends the mouth of the pizza oven with a heat-resistant, scratch-resistant work surface. Ideal for turning pans, checking pizzas or briefly resting meat, the sturdy platform makes cooking over flame more comfortable and controlled. Made from durable 304 stainless steel and supported by a robust die-cast aluminium arm, it is built to handle extreme heat.
